Description

Bistro rump steak is a premium steak often compared to fillet in texture but with more flavour and at a reasonable price. It’s suitable for grilling, pan-searing, BBQ or sous-vide and is a popular choice with our customers. The wagyu adds the extra marbling through out for that premium steak experience.

Season well and pan fry or BBQ for 3-4 minutes for rare, or 6-7 minutes for medium. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
