Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat your skillet or BBQ 2. Roll the burger mix into balls (approx. 4oz each depending on how big your want your burgers) 3. Once your skillet is hot, place a beef ball onto it and using a burger smasher or flat surface, press down firmly until flattened to your desired thickness (increased surface contact will help to caramelise the meat and fat giving a fabulous taste sensation!) 4. Cook until browned on one side then flip carefully after about two minutes when a crust has formed. 5. If you like cheese, add your cheese slice as soon as you flip the patties, and cover briefly with a lid to help the cheese melt. 6. Remove and top with all your favourite toppings and add to the bun.
