Flat Brisket
Brisket is packed with flavour providing a less expensive cut for slow roasting and BBQ. Flat Brisket is perfect for the BBQ. Located between the front legs, this versatile and tasty cut is part of the breast. It consists of two main parts; the flat and the point. The point is the thicker, fattier section, while the flat is leaner. The fat in brisket plays a crucial role in flavour and moisture retention during cooking. Brisket can be very smoky and fragrant but is also one of the least expensive cuts. So it is not surprising this is one of our favourite cuts.
