Season and fry/brown the meat in a pan over a high heat in some oil. Place in a casserole dish. Add your other ingredients to the dish and soften, add the stock. Cover and place in the oven or slow cooker for 3-4 hours depending on the recipe or 60 mins per 500g plus 30 mins.
