Cooking Instructions

Season and fry/brown the meat in a pan over a high heat in some oil. Place in a casserole dish. Add your other ingredients to the dish and soften, add the stock. Cover and place in the oven or slow cooker for 3-4 hours depending on the recipe or 60 mins per 500g plus 30 mins. Alternatively cut into thin steaks (against the grain) and marinate for 30 mins before grilling or frying for 3 mins.
